understanding, values, attitudes, abilities and skill that will impel them to
develop themselves.

We give God thanks and praises for the journey mercies. While in the USA, the students participated in the Leadership Training program from 5th to 11th August, 2012. With students from all over the world in attendance, the training program afforded the students lots of fun and a once in a lifetime academically enriching experience. The excursionists visited The Waltz Disney Parks, SeaWorld, The Coca Cola World of Fun, CNN Studios and many more. Our parents and students should note that international programmes such as this will be coming up from time to time with all students having equal opportunities to participate. 2012 WASSCE (WAEC) RESULT
We give
God all the praise and glory for the wonderful performance of our SS3 students
who just passed out in July 2012. The
following are highlights of their 2012 WAEC result:
The
school recorded 100% pass in seven (7) subjects – English Language, Technical Drawing,
Literature-in-English, Foods and Nutrition, Commerce, C.R.K. and Visual Art. 98% was recorded in Geography, Physics 93.4%, Economics
91.5% while Agricultural Science recorded 91% .
89.3% was recorded in Government, 80.6% for Biology and 75.5% for
Mathematics. It is encouraging, however,
to note that for a school that preaches and enforces “qualitative education
without corruption”, this result is a reflection of sheer commitment and hard
work on the part of the tutors and students coupled with God’s matchless grace.
2012 SS3 THANKSGIVING SERVICE
All SS3
students who passed out last July attended a Thanksgiving Service at the Meiran Campus on Wednesday 29th August, 2012. Students were presented with their 2012 WASSCE results immediately after the service. Some parents of the graduating students came to celebrate and praised the lord with us as they shared testimonies of how the ongoing good work in Good Shepherd Schools has not just made their wards academically better but has also transformed their character and morals.
